Current 2.4km timing: 12'09" (if I remember correctly)
2.4km goal: 11'40"
Deadline: 4 weeks from now.
Steps to take:
Run 2.4km every saturday night. Followed by 20 minutes of brisk walking. Total time should be less than 35 minutes.
Take in less carbohydrate. (check)
k done with that minor goal setting.
maybe I should go back to having no life.
